Two: Something about TM Renewal

To prevent the cancellation of registered trademarks, trademark owners are required to periodically renew their trademarks with the U.S. Trademark Office. In general, trademark   documents must be filed at 5, 10 and 20 years following the date of registration - and every ten (10) years thereafter.

The term of validity of the trademark is 10 years in China. If the registrant still need to use the registered trademark after the period of validity expires, an application for renewal of registration shall be made within 6 months before the expiration. If the registrant fails to make such an application within that period, an extension period of 6 months may be granted. If no application has been filed before the extension period expires, the registered trademark shall be cancelled. A trademark used for many years is an intangible asset.
